Criteria for replacing faulty MacBook (2 repairs already)

We have a MacBook 2018 with the dodgy keyboard. It’s now on foe it’s exits keyboard replacement and battery replacement.

Apple tell me it does not for the criteria for a replacement. They refused to enlighten me as to what is the criteria. They said over the phone they would probably support or post the end of the keyboard program but refused to put that in writing.

So does anyone know at what poo t they replace or what the criteria is? Also if they call you. Tell them you’re recording the call and do so as they will never confirm in writing what they say on the phone and you’ll be stuck.
