Trading phone in.

Hi I was wondering if you get a free phone when switching to a new internet provider can you trade that phone in? Also can you trade a regular 12 in for a 12 pro max?

Internet providers have different programs. You would have to ask them. The latest models are not eligible for Apple Trade-In program.
