Mojave 10.14 Unavailable In App Store

I would like to go from High Sierra 10.13.6 to Mojave 10.14. The App Store only provides Mojave 10.14.6. Where can I get the base version of Mojave 10.14? AND, why doesn't the App Store have it?

Mojave How the heck do I download Mojave 14.0?I have an iMac late 2013, High Sierra 10.13.6 So that's OK. But whenever I am directed to the app store, the download does not appear!
