I got an iPad and I’m trying to get into it and use it but I don’t have the email used and password used for this ipad

Without the Apple ID and Password of the original owner who set up the device, you will never be able to use it. Activation Lock is a theft prevention feature. We can't help and Apple will not unless you can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number. See this link...

If you can't return the device, it can be recycled at any Apple Store.
