Apple Watch Storage Fluke

I have an apple watch 3 and the storage keeps telling me it is full despite me having nothing on it. I went to check the storage in the app and came across this conundrum: the storage capacity is lower than the available storage. Please help!

All I can think of is that something in the file system its corrupted. You might try to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
