Facebook sign in via Safari not working on Ipad air 4

I bought an ipad air 4 yesterday. I tried signing into Facebook yesterday via Safari, and after I put my code in, I just get a blank white screen. If I refresh the page, it just loads the blank screen again. When I check wit my phone which devices I'm logged in with, it says the ipad and my phone. If I disconnect from the ipad device with my phone, it gives me the Facebook log in page (with my profile pic) when I refresh...but when I click and log in, it gives me the white screen again. I need t use the browser version of Facebook as it has more functionality than the app. Can anyone help please?

As of year 2020 into 202, Apple privacy changes in 14 versions of iOS and iPadOS, non-compliant apps and sites are not working well or not at all. They are requested to update to respect Apple user privacy.


In fact, Facebook is complaining loudly that it is unfair to respect privacy. They want data of who their customers know.


You can see on App Store all that they track.


In the end, our choice to choose more privacy or give it up to app companies that do not. Even for Apple itself.
