I have deleted many pictures, videos, and apps off my phone and my phone is still saying I don't have enough storage on my phone. What do I do to get it to stop saying I don't have enough storage.

Did you restart the phone after the deletions? You might try a Forced Restart....
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If neither suggestion helps, you will need to make more deletions.
