so ive tried to get rid of storage for a while, ive deleted everything, cleared cache, deleted photos and videos, icloud storage, and more and my phone still needs storage. what do i do?

Delete more stuff, or trade in the phone for one which has more storage.
One thing to do that sometimes recovers some space is to back up your phone, reset it to factory settings, and restore the backup.
