Changing Screen Time Passcode

I’m having difficulty changing my screen time passcode on my iPad Air 2. My iOS version is 14.4. The button for Change Screen Time Passcode is missing.

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 13

Never-mind, it was because I was included in a Family Sharing.
