I found old ipod 4.2.1 8C148 in my old storage
and its working fine
please guide me from where i con download i tune for it and steps to upgrade it

You should be able to manage it with the current version of iTunes (or Finder in Catalina or Big Sur), but the device is already at the maximum version of iOS it supports.
