If it happens just for one or a few URL(s), most likely the problem is not related to Safari.

In any case, try to clear history and cookies, using these instructions:--> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

When done, restart your iPhone.
