No reachable address for Facetime?

When logging into FT on my Mac it says, "this account has no reachable addresses. Please sign into appleid.apple.com in order to add one." I log into my account... but then what?!

Hello NurseNaomi,

It sounds like you need to know how to add your reachable address in Manage your Apple ID.

Here's a resource on this topic. From "Additional email addresses" in About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support:

    1. "Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
    2. Click Edit in the Account section.
    3. Under Reachable at, select Add More.
    4. Enter your additional email address and we'll send a verification to that address. Didn't get the email?
    5. Enter the verification code and click Verify."

If you're still encountering the error, also take a look at If FaceTime isn't working on your Mac - Apple Support

Hope this helps.

Have a good weekend.
