I have an iPhone 11 that I bought two months ago and I have forgotten the passcode but I am currently logged into the iCloud of the iPhone 11 that lost via my other iPhone 11 what can I do to reset it or get it cleared I do not have a computer or any access to a computer

Sorry, you will need a computer. The following from If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support has some options:

You need a computer to follow the steps below. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
