Would like to watch ITV UK. on Apple TV.

How to download correct app since I can only download ITV.UZ which I cannot use since in Uzbekistan language.

Apps and content are regional, as linked from your Apple ID account. If you have a UK billing address and UK payment method, then you get access to the UK App Store, which has the ITV Hub app.
