I bought 2.99 icloud storage plan. I have 70 GB storage available but my iphone still says it's full. Please help

Note: iCloud Storage does not increase what you have physically on your device.

To make space on your device, you need to delete stuff you don't need or save stuff onto your computer before you delete.
