I do not remember my password and I was just using my iPad and out of nowhere it said activation lock

My iPad is under a different Apple ID and it is not working when I enter my email it says not found not sure how to reset password

If you are the ORIGINAL owner of the iPad, then see the 'Start a support request' section of:

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

If not, only the previous owner can remove the lock. Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that cannot be bypassed. If the previous owner cannot or will not remove the lock, then the iPad is useless to you or anyone else. Apple will not help you find the previous owner.
