How to check serial number for iPhone?

It was not a good idea to post the serial number in this public forum, but since you did, it looks like this was a phone that was stolen from the supply chain or from a dealer’s inventory. It cannot be used as is. If you bought it from an authorized dealer take it back to them and have them register it with Apple.
