So I have question, My Airpods connect and disconnect frequently and resetting them didnt help and all the devices connected to them are off and still don’t work, do I have to do something else or switch them out for new ones?

That didn’t work and there’s 2 problems, then and charging them. Once I charge the dot disappears and just gives a black dot and no green
