Display vertical lines issue

Hello, I have had this problem come out of nowhere where using my computer for work. I tilted the screen a little bit back and the problem dissapeared for a couple of hours. It got worse after that unfortunately. Now there is not way I can get rid of these lines by titling the screen. The display is basically unusable at this point. Is this really a display issue and will I have to get it replaced again? I got it replaced free of charge about 2 years ago as apple addmited it was their fault my screen was malfunctioning (different issue back then).
