Work out in apple watch

My watch keeps pausing my work out every 10 seconds or so even when am still working out. I have turned off all the auto pause settings but it keeps doing it

You may either have it set for a timed goal or you are pushing in the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time.

Try reversing the watch and wearing the crown towards your elbow.

change the orientation in the settings

for the goal tap on the workout

then the ...

then choose open goal
