The side button on my watch is broken and I can't use it to approve a payment using the wallet, although I'm able to access my Wallet via Shortcut, because the touch screen works fine.
Is there any other option (like using a password on the watch) besides the side button double clicking? Thanks!

There is absolutely no intent, nor any reason to try to assign blame to anyone for the broken button. Sometimes, hardware components break for whatever reason, rendering the hardware totally or partially useless. Either the components or the hardware unit itself requires repair or replacement.
Thanks for writing. I'm rather looking for a workaround instead of paying the high fix cost to solve a problem I didn't cause.
