Macbook Pro Left side speaker is giving crackling sound.

I own a MacBook pro 13, bought in 2015. Its working fine till now. The only problem I am facing is the left speaker of MacBook produces a crackling sound. Please help me to resolve the issue. I tried to restart in safe boot. But nothing has improved.

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) Right Speaker Baffling Audio Turned on my MacBook today and all of a sudden (including booting sound) the right speaker had a terrible baffling/crackling sound. Also feels like it's vibrating but the left speaker is fine. I've tried a PRAM and SMC reset but now luck. I also run Apple Diagnostics tool which said no hardware issue. I'm running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1217), could this be an OS issue? Also this should be covered under Apple Care right?

Brand new MacBook Air m2 speakers are making cracking noise Hi guys! I recently purchased a new MacBook Air M2 and out of the box itself its making cracking noises which is prominent on higher volumes. When I checked for the specific speaker for the problem by moving the sound balance from left to right, it became evident that this cracking sound is coming from the left speaker. What could be the problem? If this is a hardware issue, would this be covered under apple warranty?

Most likely that speaker has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you a repair estimate.

In the mean time you can use the "Balance" slider to use the right speaker instead so you don't get the distorted audio. You can find this within the Sound System Preferences pane under the "Output" tab.
