MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) Right Speaker Baffling Audio

Turned on my MacBook today and all of a sudden (including booting sound) the right speaker had a terrible baffling/crackling sound. Also feels like it's vibrating but the left speaker is fine. I've tried a PRAM and SMC reset but now luck. I also run Apple Diagnostics tool which said no hardware issue. I'm running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1217), could this be an OS issue? Also this should be covered under Apple Care right?
