I am unable to download software saying due to network problem software can not be installed

Unable to update phone on Mac finder saying Software Needs to be installed, When I try to install I get the above error.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

When I start to install software so error come that your internet connection not connected that why failed Software downloaded but not installing in phone when ever started installing so error occurred you are not connected with internet.
