Screen stopped working randomly, maybe heat from sun ?

Hey apple community, posting this to get some answers about my screen not displaying anything even though everything is working (touch screen is working fine). No dents, no cracks and no scratches. I was wondering if this has to do something with the manufacturing for the device itself. Only other thing i can think of is me traveling to a hotter climate, could the sun's heat have caused this issue ?

Wondering if this situation is eligible for a free replacement of the screen by any chance ?
