Piano Roll "Help tag" or note window stopped popping up

When in the piano roll whenever you click a note the little window, or "help tag" however they call it, pops up. It displays Position, Length, and Pitch. I've used Logic for 10+ years and have grown very accustom to this when moving notes around. All of the sudden this just stopped showing up. I don't know if it's something I accidentally turned off or is some type of bug. Is anyone else having this issue or do I need to fix something?
