Storage message on watch

I’m getting a message on my Apple Watch that my storage is full but it’s not possible. I keep very little on my watch. How do I fix this?

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up

storage space on your watch.And without any loss of data.
