keynote recording not possible without microphone

Just bought a mac mini but can't record a Keynote slideshow - it says "A microphone for recording could not be found".

Is there a workaround/option without having to get an external mic (just to plug in and not use it - as I don't want voice recording anyway) ?

Cheers

Mac mini, macOS 11.2

A connected mic is not needed to create a Recorded Slideshow if you are not going to use a mic.

The message, "A microphone for recording could not be found" is just to confirm that a mic is connected, its not saying you can't create a Recorded Slideshow. Just go to the Recorded Slideshow window click on the record button.
