Okkk i agree that ios 13 needs like 2gb ram device but then what is apples developers doing then cant they make ios version like ios 13.7 and above that are compatible for the iphone 5s and 6 rams......
Okkk if it is about moving on then give a new iphone as my financial condition is very very much poor and cant afford a new phone the iphone which i got is also of my friend... there are lots of people who have apple old phones but cant afford to take new like me thats why i was telling to give the good and working and compatible ios for the old lads
Not going to happen. Those phones do not have the hardware to support the newer iOS versions. If you need a newer iOS version, you will need a newer phone.

No. Both of those models have been discontinued for 4 1/2 years now. It's not possible to cram that much functionality into that little space.
It's time to move on to something new.
