I have iPhone xs max. I want to update my iOS but it does not give me the option. Apple support says the phone is compatible but i keep getting the message that my software is updated. Current version is 13.1.3

Did you participate in the iOS 13 beta? If so you must exit the beta→https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/restore#ios
