Hello, I was added to an Apple Music family sharing and is not working. Do I have to do the free 3 month trial?

You should not have to do the free 3 month trial. Did the family organizer follow all these steps?

Were you sent an invitation to join the group and did you accept it? If so, you might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again. Learn how.
