Sidebar has no Server app , I need that to renew push notification certificate in macOS server

Though I do not know even I had that, apple says it expires on April 12 2021, do not know what the apns. is for

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

Yes I only want to have the server app on the sidebar, I do not want to share computer or server, thanks
