Update AirPods Pro firmware
I've tried multiple times to upgrade my AirPod pros and I cannot get it to work help please

AirPods have their firmware updated at Apple’s discretion while they are paired to your iPhone.

While I am quite sure this is true, I don't remember reading about not being able to pull anywhere, unless I'm having a senior moment.

That's great for iPhone users, but I use them with my MacBook. How do I upgrade them from MacBook?
