My iPhone 11 screen does not turn off while I talk on outgoing call. It feels like proximity sensor does not work when I put it onto my ears during call

Can you help ?

Hi, try restarting your iPhone. In quick succession press and release volume up , then press and release volume down, then press and hold the side button until the iPhone shuts down, continue holding until you see the Apple logo.
