Thunderbolt display is not working with the Macbook Pro 13'' 2019

upgraded to Mac OD SUR 11.2.3 and since then my Thunderbolt Display is not working well.

I can use it still as a connected display, but when connected to MacBook Pro sound and camera on display as well as

background USB ports are not working at all. All which is connected is working again when I unplug display from the laptop. when plug in, no charging etc. from the Thunderbolt display.

When the display is connected to MacBook I have lost the possibility in audio to switch between audio only MacBook speakers are there...

I have reseted NVRAM, unplug all from a/c but still not OK

anybody who had the similar problem or can help with/
