Most movies in my library won’t play if I’m trying I watch form the Apple TV but will play if I try from my phone on the app. How do I resolve this issue?

Is this about a Home Sharing library or library of purchased items from the iTunes Store?
The Apple TV box uses the Computers app to access the Home Sharing library; the Apple TV box doesn’t use the TV app for that.
I’m talking about streaming from Apple TV with purchased content. It just takes me to a grey screen when trying to play a film from the library. If it’s in my “Up Next” in the Watch Now section, I can play them fine. I can even ask Siri to play the movies.
I just solved this exact problem tonight. Use the play/pause button to launch the movies. For some reason the touchpad press is causing problems.
Exact same issue here. I can even ask Siri to play movies and it’ll work, but I can’t play from library.
