I have a new MacBook Pro and a new HP printer. I can print a color test page from my Mac using the HP App and it's fine. However, no other application will print in color (Numbers, Keynote, Safari, Photos, etc.). Firmware on the printer and all the software on the Mac are up to date. Any suggestions?

You started with some good steps. Next, try removing the printer and adding it again, along with any other steps you haven’t tried from this guide: Solve printing problems on Mac.
If the issue continues, test the printer with another computer. If it also happens there, you’ll want to reach out to the printer’s manufacturer for further assistance. We hope this helps.
