My Apple Watch SE series worked to track activity and heart rate yesterday. I charged my watch overnight and now today it will not get a heart rate measurement, and when I try to open the activity app on the watch, it is black. I took off my watch and wiped the sensor and also shut my watch off and turned it back on, still not working. Any other suggestions?

I do not have that turned on, just checked. My battery life on my phone is down to 62% already as well from a full charge lastnight. I’m starting to get worried that something is wrong with my watch. I just received it Monday.
