Hi, this is a brand new iPad 8th gen 32 gb. After a few days the touch screen stopped working. We cannot restart the iPad and are just waiting for it to run out of power. Hoping something will reset. Do you have any suggestions? We

We have only had our new iPad a few days when the touchscreen quit working. We can not power it down and will need to wait for the battery to die for it to reset if that is a possibility. Do you have recommendations? Thank you

Try a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.
