Scanned document - pages have different sizes

Hello, I have a question on the Files app on my iPhone.

I use it to scan documents, but I noticed when I scan one A4 document having multiple pages, they all have different sizes. For example, page 1 is 62.55 × 88.52 cm, page 2 is 75.96 × 107.71 cm and so on.

Is there a way to set for example all the pages to be A4 size (like the original document is)?

I used insert--> import from iPhone ---> scan documents through camera ---> save I successfully scanned around 7 pages. However, after the scan has been inserted to the document, I have no idea as to how I can view the pdf pages within. I double clicked on it and nothing opened. Have tried to see the properties, the other pages don't show. I enlarged the image (thinking the other pages could need more space). I also clicked on image in the format part of the app. How do I access the scan directly through my document so that I have all pdfs under each topic name? Any help would be useful. I am using ios 16.4 to scan my tax documents. The issue is that the file sizes are way to large >2 mb to 15mb. How to get a pdf file size that can be transmitted ? Typically less than 1 mb. Why are the scanned images getting so large? I never had a problem like this in my 20 years of scanning files?

pdf margins when creating scan from notes app Dears I have been using the "scan document" option in Notes to scan documents. However when I export the scan to pdf, there are automatically margins created in the pdf which is very annoying. Is there a way to turn this off, so when creating a pdf from a scan to be the same as the original document scanned? Thanks in advance!

Keep the iPhone on a tripod stand in a horizontal position and place the document one after the other and scan.
