Roaming with an eSim

I have an eSim in Australia, i’m traveling to country x that doesn’t have eSim supported.

I read in different thread that it doesn’t matter, as that support lack is only for programming esim cards for their networks but once its programmes then it will act like physical sim.

so technically, my esim card should work normally as roaming in the country i’m going to even if they dont have eSim supported yet
