I have contacted support a couple of times, first-time agent got me engaged for 30 mins and he didn't have any solution with him, eventually, he assigned me a Case Id and said when you will call in the future share this.
Second time I called agent, and told her my Case Id, call got hanged and agent disappeared
It was sort of frustrating to contact support.
I simply want to know, what exactly this error is: "This Apple ID is either not valid or not supported" , as all support articles I had visited ask for Apple Id, unfortunately, my Apple ID isn't getting recognized and the message isn't clear at the same time. If I try creating a new account with the same id, it says this id not available.
