Family sharing of purchased app

Trying to family share Weather Channel Premium Pro purchased by sharing member but can’t get it to work. Need help

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

Thanks for your reply. The weather app shows to be shareable on the App Store.

I followed the instructions on the apple help links and made sure that both my phone and the person I want to share from are both set to share purchases. I even deleted my weather app and reinstalled it but it still won’t share the purchase. I even tried to restore the purchase on my weather app. I’m at a loss for what else to do. I appreciate any help I can get.

Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Some apps cannot be shared, but I don't know if that is one of them. It will usually tell you on the app's description page in the App Store app.

If it is a different issue then it would help to know more about what you are trying to do, how what you are seeing differs from what you expect, and any messages you see. Pretend this is a visit to a doctor's office. We need to know where it hurts. ;-)
