Trying to put my passcode in

iPad stuck how can I get my iPad off the voiceover so I can put my passcode in?

How do I reset my passcode in voiceover mode? Somehow I managed to turn on the voice over mechanism and while doing so, my passcode changed. Siri will not work because it reads my phone is off the internet. How do I change my passcode without totally locking up my phone?
