I just bought iPhone 11 and of course it didn't had a charger inside, so I bought the 20W charger. Is the 20W charger going to harm my iPhones health battery or something ?

After one month of usage of my iPhone 11 with the 20Watt charger, my battery health dropped to 99% is this normal or should I be worried ?
Yes, it is normal. I certainly wouldn’t worry over a 1% reduction. Check the battery health again in six months. If at that time the battery is significantly degraded, contact Apple.
