Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Software Update : You can then follow the prompts to complete the update if available. Make sure that your iPhone is charged and that you connected to a Wi-Fi Network.
You have an iPhone 6 and your model can ONLY be updated to iOS version 12.5.1. due to its hardware limitations. You will need a newer iPhone to update to version 14.4.1 (Current as of today).
