My iPad Air 4 is bent after couple of hours of usage and putting it for charging. Must be due to internal over heating or some sort of manufacturing defect. Will Apple replace the device?

Did you purchase extended, two-year AppleCare+ for this iPad Air 4?
I had purchased it last December, so only 3 months old. And I don’t have AppleCare+.
