Activation Lock
My ipad has me locked out. From another device I enter my user name and password and it works but it's not working for,my ipad

if you have access to your apple id and email as your previously stated you can go to apple's forgot password page and if that doesn't work you can always provide proof of apple id and receipt to unlock it at here: https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support
