Forgot Note password
I have forgotten my old notes password. Those details are super important for me. Please help me.

Nope.
Apple chose a secure data encryption algorithm, and the password is the key necessary for decryption.
Without that password, the data cannot be decrypted.
Not short of remembering the password, or attempting to brute-forcing the password.
Brute-forcing can take months or years or centuries of computing to try a range of passwords, depending on how robust the chosen password is.
