MacBook Air running slow

My laptop is running slow when using the internet. I have other brand laptops as well and they are running fast. I deleted files that I didn't need and any other document I didn't need on my laptop and updated the laptop and it's still running slow.

    1. Please restart your modem yes, even if every other product is running okay.
    2. Please restart your Router yes, even if every other product is running okay.
    3. Please restart your MBA.
